How to check the order history of orders taken on the phone.
When you make a call to a business partner via CO-NECT, you can record the call history in the order history in CO-NECT.
You can also listen to recordings of phone orders taken within a certain period of time.
You can check details such as when you called someone, what the conversation was, etc. You can also make this information available for your staff also. This helps keep order errors to a minimum.

Call the supplier
Click "Order" from the top page and select the supplier.
It is necessary to register the telephone number when registering the supplier in advance.
After selecting the supplier, you will go through to the "Product selection" screen, and you can make a call from here.
If you want to make a call , press the "phone symbol" next to the store name .
Check the phone number and press "OK" if there is no problem .
When asked for permission to grant access to the microphone, select Allow.
If you select Allow, you will be able to receive calls.
Press the End Call button to hang up.
Check the history of telephone orders
You can check the phone history by looking at the CO-NECT order history.
Tap a supplier name under previous calls to get further details
On the details screen, you can check the content of a recorded call.
Register / edit the telephone number of the supplier
The telephone number of the supplier who has already been registered can be registered from "Supplier Management" .
Open the side menu (≡) at the top right of the screen and select "supplier management" .
A registered supplier is displayed, and you can edit details for any supplier field by selecting the appropriate field, which should bring up the edit screen.
If you register your phone number there, you will be able to place phone orders.
* Because CO-NECT uses its own dedicated numbers for making calls, the phone number
will not be displayed to the recipient.
When requesting a call back, or a call to an answering machine, please make sure to
leave the appropriate number.
